Two fully-funded Ph.D. positions are available for Spring/Fall 2020 in my group at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
Potential applicants are expected to have a solid background in power systems and good programming skills. It is preferred if the candidate has a background in power system operations and planning, optimization or high-performance computing.
